(or try mexican style shredded cheese for an added zip)
Boil chicken till done, drain water. Shred or chop chicken. In a 2 qt. casserole dish, mix together all ingredients. Bake for 20 min uncovered at 350 degrees. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips. Also good for dipping with vegetables.
Can be served hot or cold. Great for parties, also can be kept warm in a crockpot for a yummy dip you can’t stop eating!
